Then they spam your mail for days asking you to review them and they are really nice and pleasant in those emails. another 2 days and I see my product has shipped and never heard back. Both times after 3 days, I contacted them and I'd get a response 2-3 days later saying they contacted the warehouse and will be with me shortly. Twice now, I have made big orders and paid for overnight shipping. They don't ship your product unless you contact them. If you DO, never pay for expedited shipping.
Don't ever buy anything from Pearson IT Certification. Pearson's customer service is horrible all around. He screamed some more and then the test started.
After the printer and a few other screaming fits, he couldn't get the test to start and that was my fault too in his mind. It was like he was on speed or something. He kept threatening to revoke it for no reason. I came so close to going off on him, but I really wanted to get my exam done because that's a LOT of money for me.
The guy was strange, he made me unplug it from the PC and show him the cord, then unplug the power cord and show him, then open the lid. He had a fit because I had a printer connected to the computer. This guy kept freaking out and SCREAMING, not yelling, at me. I had a total jerk and I even went way out of my way prepping my area to comply. You can tell they're people are in India.
